This combined Point cloud survey with digital colour photography ensured that a successful planning approval was obtained on this small but interesting residential Project. A number of options for the floor plans and design where explored when concluding and finalising the internal design and layout. The financial viability of the refurbishment project was very much in the forefront of our minds and the proposal to sympathetically reconstruct the property whilst protecting the features of the building was the only solution.
