This was a renovation of a period property for office use and included the extension, renovation and internal remodelling of this protected structure. Re-use of materials and selection of complementary new materials for the development were key to the proposal and obtaining planning approval. The design alterations to the original fabric of the building where minimised to ensure that the original features are preserved.
