This refurbishment of the meeting accommodation, restaurant and coffee dock facilities was carried out when the company was in full occupation. Low VOC products were used to create a positive environment. Sustainable and recycled products were used throughout. Most of the building systems installed are low energy high efficient units which have contributed to an energy decrease in the building. If assessed this project would have achieved LEED Gold Standard.
