Successfully handed over in 2021, these single and two-storey, semi-detached homes were commissioned by Galway Council Council for social housing.  Located in a very scenic  and picturesque part of Galway, the 14 home project has both two and three bedroomed units with all homes achieving an ‘A’ energy rating.  The houses are masonary built.  They are designed in a simple style which is empathetic of it’s location and allows the aesthetic beauty of the surrounding area to remain the focus.
