Carlow Town Land Use Mapping and Business Case Strategy

VHA as Lead Masterplanner and Project Manager delivered a major Land Use and Business Case project on behalf of Carlow County Council.

The purpose of this project is to provide forensic analysis of land use, occupancy and vacancy of land and property throughout Carlow town. A Business Case model was also prepared to guide future regeneration and reactivation of opportunity sites and buildings. Stakeholder engagement with major business operators and landowners was facilitated as part.
