A flagship food tourism destination in the heart of Boyle heritage town.
A bespoke mixed-use building that is home to an organic “direct from the farm” restaurant, a boutique hotel, a teaching kitchen, a microbrewery and an eco-living shop, the overall scheme measures c. 1250sqm. Flexibility within the building was crucial, enabling the hosting of year-round, food-oriented events and workshops.
At the heart of design approaches throughout the scheme was the ambition to reconnect people, land and food.
