This new build project is the 2^nd phase of 4 within an established commercial development. The building was visualised with the occupiers in mind and was designed to allow for total flexibility of the space, making both vertical and horizontal divisions possible whilst offering staff spaces to work and socialise. The building has a narrow, open floor plate which has an economic and flexible structural grid.
