Ennis 2040 Francis Street Masterplan

Led by the VHA Urban Design and Masterplanning team, this project focuses on guiding a new future development of a prime urban infill site, in the form of town centre living and multi-generational housing, in the heart of Ennis town. VHA optimised this gateway opportunity site, and recognised the importance of responding to context. Crucial to the development of the site were considerations such as preserving important views, activating street frontages and strengthening the character of the local area.

The proposal comprises bespoke urban apartments, set within a walkable town centre site.
