Gilmartin Road Regeneration

An award-winning, high quality residential and public realm-oriented scheme, the scheme involved the demolition of 30 houses, the construction of 40 new homes and refurbishment of 21 existing homes as part of a wider regeneration programme of Gilmartin Road, Tuam.  The project focussed on the delivery of well thought through public realm interventions, ensuring ease of safe and integrated movement for all.
