The project involved the complete renovation of an existing Period Building in the seaside village of Howth by providing a superiorly insulated fabric and extreme energy efficiency in Mechanical and Electrical services. Solar panel integration into the heating system minimizes the energy and running costs, making a sustainable building into the future.
