Radharc an tSáile

This project involved the construction of 40 new houses. The scheme comprised various typologies with a mixture of 2 storey, two- and three-bedroom homes and single level homes suitable for elderly and special needs residents. The site sloped very steeply downwards from north to south at an average gradient between 1 in 6 and 1 in 7. The access was from a partially completed public road along the southern boundary of the site serving the Sáile Sports and Leisure Centre, Sports Pitches and Playing Courts to the south-west.
