St Nicholas National School

Following a successful tender process, VHA were retained to design and deliver a two-storey extension providing c. 400 sqm of additional accommodation. The site is located in a city centre location on a site urban site. In addition, the only viable option for the extension was on sloping grounds to the North side of the school.
