Rockhill House and Estate, Letterkenny

The historic Rockhill House, nestled within 100 acres of woodlands and estate land, is an iconic 17^th century building.

VHA, providing full project services, were appointed by the Molloy Family to restore and enhance the building to its former glory and move forward as a contemporary Boutique House Hotel.

A protected Georgian structure, measuring c. 2516sqm, Rockhill House was brought forward as a 19-bed luxurious hotel with ancillary services. Careful consideration was given to sensitively conserve, restore and incorporate appropriate contemporary interventions, with minimum impact, so this important piece of our built heritage can be appreciated by future generations.
